breakfast
All our guests can enjoy our delicious breakfasts. Bed and breakfast guests have breakfast included in the price, and all self-catering guests can opt to book breakfast at an extra charge. We also welcome locals from Wilderness to enjoy our breakfast while meeting with friends, family or for business.
dinner
Overnight guests can book dinner in advance when booking online, either by choosing Dinner, bed and breakfast, or by adding dinner as extra.
evening meals
Especially during winter we host evening meals usually on Friday evenings for the local community. These include, curries, lamb shanks, oxtail, pub grub, pies, soups etc. We usually have two or three dishes to choose from when booking.
made to order
We will consider any request for a special meal, to be enjoyed in our dining room, on the veranda or in the garden or as take away. René will also cook, bake or cater any food on request.
artisanal bread
René bakes a variety of rye, wheat and spelt sourdough breads. These are baked on order and are also available whenever our bread sign is out on the road verge. Our breakfast guests also get the chance to sample the bread at breakfast. Generally the breads are made of stoneground flour and are free of sugar, yeast and preservatives.
pizza
We make a wide variety of delicious pizzas. These can be ordered daily to be enjoyed in our dining room, on the veranda or in the garden, otherwise for takeaway or delivery.
